To give you a sense of how much coaching would cost, we asked our coaches, “If a client asked you to do a one-hour coaching session, what would be your rate for that session?” At the same time, please just be aware that many aspects can differ for each specific coach: session length, number of sessions per month, follow-up between sessions, etc. Rate per one-hour session:
- “$” is $0 to $99
- “$$” is $100 to $199
- “$$$” is $200 to $299
- “$$$$” is more than $300
